When we are signing up a new member I have them upload the app at the very beginning and then when its time to activate their pass they still have many steps to go through (ie: height, weight etc) that would be beneficial to allow them to do after we set up the access pass for them. So, in recap, if there was a way to set up access pass in the app as soon as they download it, it would make the end of the sign up process a lot smoother and quicker.
During sign up, If you have the member download the app once you submit the agreement. They only have to confirm there phone number and date of birth before getting to the screen saying it found their account. If you stop them from pressing continue, the enable access pass button will pop up below where it says home club, thus allowing them to add the pass to their wallets prior to them completing the onboarding questions in the App. I then tell them they can complete the onboarding whenever convenient.
