would allow proper flow with exercising. Otherwise I want to chuck my phone across the room.

this is useful for when clients are by there selves and want to leave notes for me on an excercise

Im getting older and would like to work on my mobility. I’d like to have options to add mobility drills that correspond to a targeted workout before or after.

I am unable to see any of the work out that my trainer is sending me. I have sent notes to support multiple times and haven’t even gotten a response.

Would be easier and more helpful if 7 day trial passes were able to access the gym through the AF app. Those who come in and want to do the trial but have no access other than coming during staffed hours enver return.
