More workouts

i want to do 1 cardio, 1 strength every session during my week. You give me say 4 cardios and 2 strength to pick from. I want three of each. And what happened to the suggestions/notes on nutrition and recovery? They’re completely gone now from my sessions. I only use the app to show my completed circles, the rest is pointless now
