I'd like to discuss the challenges we're facing with members switching from key fob to access pass independently. This practice is costing us money, as we effectively lose the fobs issued at signup and also incur additional costs for the switch.
Despite clearly informing new members that they need to choose one or the other, self-switching continues to occur, leading to wasted resources. I strongly believe that this process should be managed by gym staff instead of allowing members to make the switch on their own.
By centralizing this control, we can minimize complications and create a more efficient environment. I see this as a straightforward solution to address the current issues we're encountering.

Hi @Guest, we recommend offering Access Passes as the main option for members. Key fobs can still be used when needed, but ideally only in special situations.
