If the app gives me a Overhead Press using dumbbells in each hand, and suggest 95 lbs- I dont know if thats 95lbs per hand to be 190lbs overhead or if its suggesting 47.5 lbs per hand to equal 95lbs overhead(to which then, shouldnt the DB #s match db's that our clubs actually carry like 45 or 50lbs?)
Hey @Guest, when we designed the workout program engine, the ultimate decision was to leave it up to the coaches to have that conversation with their clients on how the workout programming is intended, giving more autonomy to the coach. We are working on adding decimals to the weights. When we get into % of rep max, it can get sticky to match the programmed weights to what's available on the weight rack.
