Other gyms have an interesting operation where members have the ability to update payment info themselves on their associate apps that I believe can be implemented into our own app seeing as we have the ability to update payment info through the Club Hub App instead of only being able to go through ABC Financial's web page.
If you think about it, this would only work in the facility owners benefit because you lessen the likelihood of circumstances where someone can fall into debt collections without needing more staff follow up operations.
This would also be a great integration for training payments as well.
Which by the way, why isn't their a PT Delinquency Status Drip Follow Up section in follow up settings under segments?
We have one for member delinquency but not PT Delinquency.
