Since the launch of the new app, I’ve noticed that many customization options are no longer available, which is a real loss.
It’s no longer possible to create my own workouts, and I can’t edit existing plans — for example, I can’t change the order of exercises or swap out one exercise for another. This flexibility used to be incredibly valuable to tailor workouts to my needs.
Additionally, I can’t choose how I structure my strength training. The app now only allows for full-body workouts, but I prefer to bring more focus to my sessions — for instance, having dedicated leg days or splitting workouts into front and back body sessions.
I hope you’ll consider bringing back these customization features. They really made the app a powerful and personal tool for training.
