this app is so user un-friendly! It should allow you to track your own workouts and log the amount of reps and weight you did. It only allows me to generate workouts and you can’t amend any of the exercises to tailor to your own experience. Pretty rubbish
yes! I’ve had to find other apps to do this instead.
AF you could make it super easy with QR codes or contact scanners.
I imagine you could, “start a workout” walk up, scan your machine, and then update reps and weight to your workout, walk to another machine, scan and do the same.
you would still need a manual entry though for free weights and things you can do many different workouts with. But this would keep me using your app instead of others
