I’ve been using the app for 2 months, and I am always asked to check if I enjoyed the workout, etc. I don’t feel this makes any difference in what I get the next week. It’s the same things over and over. I asked a coach who helped me adjust my goals. I got new things that week then right back to same old things. It gives the impression that it’s learning from what you do and what you like, but that doesn’t seem to be reality.
