There is confusion about the guest pass. They think their guest can come in anytime after they fill out the form.
Can you PLEASE make the print larger for the statement: "Guest must visit your gym during staffed hours to redeem their one-time guest pass."
They are not seeing this important detail.

We had someone message me early this morning to say they used their guest pass for their boyfriend super early Outside of staffed hours. When I told her that for future reference guests have to come in during staffed hours she got upset with me. This REALLY needs to be in larger print and more clearly explained.
